Your Design Deserves Precision Engineering
A pattern is the blueprint that determines how your garment fits, moves, and feels on the body. Bad patterns create bad garments no matter how good your factory is. Our pattern makers have 15 to 25 years of individual experience drafting patterns for brands selling at every price point from fast fashion to luxury.
We work from whatever you have. A sketch on a napkin, a reference photo from Instagram, a competitor garment you want to improve on, or detailed tech pack illustrations. We translate your concept into production ready digital patterns using Gerber AccuMark and Optitex CAD systems.
Every pattern goes through a minimum of three internal reviews before it reaches the sample room. We check seam allowances, notch placement, grain lines, ease distribution, and construction logic against the intended fabric weight and stretch factor. This level of review catches problems before they become expensive sample mistakes.

Our Pattern Making Process
Step 1: Design Review.
We review your sketches, reference images, or tech pack. We discuss the intended fabric, fit preference (slim, regular, oversized), target price point, and any special construction requirements. This conversation takes 30 minutes and saves days of revision later.
Step 2: First Pattern Draft
Our pattern maker creates the initial digital pattern based on your specifications. This takes 3 to 5 business days depending on garment complexity. A basic tee takes 3 days. A lined blazer takes 5 to 7 days.
Step 3: Internal Review.
The pattern goes through our review process checking construction logic, seam allowances, notch placement, and compatibility with the specified fabric. We catch problems at this stage before they cost you sample money.
Step 4: Sample Pattern Release.
The approved pattern is released to the sample room with a cutting ticket and construction notes. You receive the digital pattern files and a spec sheet with all measurements.
Step 5: Post Sample Revision.
After the first sample is sewn and fit tested, we revise the pattern based on fitting notes. Most styles require 1 to 2 pattern revisions before production approval.
