From Approved Sample to Finished Goods Ready to Sell
Cut and sew production is where your approved sample becomes hundreds or thousands of finished garments. The process involves fabric spreading and cutting, sewing assembly, finishing operations, quality control inspection, pressing, folding, tagging, and packing.
Our production facilities in the LA Fashion District run 25 piece minimums per style per color. That is one of the lowest minimums you will find from any legitimate manufacturer in the United States. Low minimums let you test the market without sitting on thousands of dollars in unsold inventory.

Production Process Step by Step
1. Fabric Spreading & Cutting
Fabric is spread in layers on cutting tables, patterns are laid using optimized markers, and garment pieces are cut using straight knife or CAM cutting systems.
2. Bundling & Sorting
Cut pieces are bundled by size and color, labeled with lot numbers for tracking, and distributed to sewing stations in the correct assembly sequence.
3. Sewing Assembly
Operators assemble garments following the construction sequence from your tech pack. Each operator specializes in specific operations like setting sleeves, attaching collars, or running side seams.
4. In-Line Quality Check
Quality inspectors check garments at critical construction points during assembly. Catching defects in process costs far less than finding them in finished goods.
5. Finishing & Trimming
Thread trimming, buttonhole cutting, snap setting, label attachment, heat sealing where required, and any specialty finishing operations.
6. Final QC & Packing
Every garment is inspected against the approved pre-production sample. We check measurements against spec, examine stitching quality, verify labels and tags, and test closures.
